Facility Maintenance
About The Position
The Facilities Maintenance will coordinate cleaning and safe operation of the garage. Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance tasks Operate pressure washer machinery safely and effectively to clean a variety and surfaces. Use degreasers or removal chemicals as recommended. Maintain schedule as requested and provide feedback to improve schedule efficiency. Erecting scaffolding as needed and cleaning up rubble, debris, and other waste materials from the area being washed. Carrying out all safety procedures. Keep all tools clean. Drive safely and within the speed limits, wear personal protective equipment. Listen, look, and stay aware of the proximity of hot or pressurized water to the general public and other team members. Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment Assist with general cleaning and upkeep of the facility Assist with Parking enforcement including applying boots.
Requirements
- Must have a valid Driver's license and good driving record.
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and technical manuals
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with staff and parking guests
- Must be able to work outdoors.
- Must be able to stand, stoop, walk and bend when pressure washing.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively each day.
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
