About The Position
The Club at Forest Ridge, managed by Bobby Jones Links is a semi-private country club located in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. The Club opened in 1989 and was designed by Oklahoma native Randy Heckenkemper. Our club is the centerpiece of the Forest Ridge community. It provides amenities typically only available at private clubs – two beautiful clubhouses, a meticulously maintained golf course, an exclusive social club, premier services, and an upscale restaurant and bar. Established in 2000 and based in Atlanta, Georgia, Bobby Jones Links is a club management and development company serving private, resort, daily fee, and public courses. Requirements
- Ability to perform basic repairs and operate tools or equipment used in routine maintenance.
- Knowledge of general carpentry and repair.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Prolonged periods standing.
- Must be able to lift, bend, stoop, climb, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
Responsibilities
- Inspects and identifies equipment or machines in need of repair.
- Troubleshoots issues to determine necessary repairs.
- Plans repair work using buildings blueprints or equipment manual as needed.
- Performs general repairs that do not require a specialized technician. Examples may include repairing drywall, painting, and repairing doors and other building fixtures.
- Performs routine maintenance on building systems.
- Cleans and assists with upkeep of the facilities.
- Orders supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
