About The Position

The Facilities Maintenance position at General RV Center involves performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning and appearance of the facilities. Requirements

  • Prior facilities maintenance experience or similar required.
  • Ability to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner as a team or individually.
  • Reliable and strong work history.
  • Capable of meeting the physical requirements of the job.
  • Valid driver's license - mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Basic skills in carpentry.
  • Basic concrete and asphalt repair.
  • Basic repairs to interior wall and floor tiles.
  • Commercial faucet and toilet repair.
  • Electrical repair including outlet replacement, breaker tracing, fixture wiring.
  • Basic painting and drywall including caulking.
  • Ability to run machines such as pressure washers and generators.
  • Completion of regular property inspections, including picking up trash, inspecting lighting, performing safety inspections.
  • Equipment troubleshooting experience.
  • Other duties assigned by management.
