About The Position

The Facilities Maintenance Worker I is responsible for performing various tasks related to facility and grounds maintenance under the supervision of the Central Building Services Superintendent. This role is essential for maintaining the downtown Lee's Summit district area and ensuring that facilities are in good working order.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old at the time of employment.
• One year of experience in the construction trade is required.
• Must be a United States citizen or authorized alien worker.
• Valid state Motor Vehicle Operator's license and acceptable driving record required.
