  • Ability to read and write in English
  • Able to drive and operate a scissor lift and fork truck
  • Able to perform manual labor tasks as assigned
  • Work in a safe manner in accordance to federal and company policies
  • Must have knowledge of LOTO and Arc Flash
  • Able to follow federal and company policies and procedures

  • Ability to be self-motivated and work with minimal supervision
  • Attend department and plant meeting and training
  • Ability to read and interpret machine prints
  • Must have basic computer skills
  • Must have familiarity with most hand and power tools
  • Must have experience with electrical (required), mechanical (required), pneumatic (optional), plumbing (optional), HVAC (optional)
  • High school diploma/GED equivalent
  • Positive attitude and the ability to work with others
  • Honest, dependable, and motivated

  • Good problem solving and analytical skills
  • Must have good communications skills, written and verbal
  • Must know how to use basic measuring tools and power tools
  • Have a valid Driver’s license
