About The Position

We are in search of a highly motivated and self-driven Maintenance Technician/ Groundskeeper to join our dynamic team. This role holds the responsibility of keyholder, overseeing facility opening and closing procedures.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance or groundskeeping required.
Ability to operate landscaping equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
Valid driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

Prioritizing and completing maintenance requests, which encompass basic building repairs, painting, cleaning, landscaping, item relocation, and assisting with pest control.
Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment.
Performing scheduled preventative maintenance tasks.
Ensuring the upkeep of cleaning equipment, supplies, and products.
Reporting needed repairs and replacements encountered during work.
Maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of all public areas.
Properly disposing of trash from bins and containers.
Completing other assignments as delegated by the Facilities & Operations Manager.
