Requirements

Must be able to stand for long periods.
The ability to work well within a team environment.
A strong work ethic and positive attitude!
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
This is a physically demanding position.
Applicants must be able to safely perform repetitive lifting and work at a fast pace.

Responsibilities

Operating and maintaining the floor scrubbers throughout the plant
Use the floor scrubber on a daily basis to keep plan walk and drive aisles clean throughout the facility
Check waste at glue drums and maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the compactors daily
Keep the outside of the building premises clean including entrances - pick up all debris
Clean/vacuum the 18' rat runs around the plant specifically the baler areas
Keep all fans clean throughout the facility
Sweep/dust production areas as outlined in the plant cleaning schedules
Clean around dock doors
Check for any water leaks throughout the facility regularly.
Identify and remove water from any buckets.
Keep the mezzanines above the office areas clean including over the pre press areas.
Keep the boneyard area aisles free of any obstruction .
Keep all the plant entrances clean and free of snow buildup throughout the winter months.
Provide building maintenance support as required for miscellaneous projects
