This opportunity is a full-time position servicing Conco’s Facility Performance Group (FPG) clients in Wichita, KS. Successful candidates must be hardwired to go above and beyond minimum expectations, while projecting a driven attitude when representing the FPG group. The right candidate will feel capable of completing small tasks, as well as, various small projects. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, daily building inspections, scheduled maintenance, preventative maintenance and emergency facility repairs while continuously maintaining our high focus on quality and safety.

  • Verbal and written communication, including active listening, for determining and discussing building needs and communicating these to contractors, suppliers and the occupants

  • Computer literacy and confidence using Microsoft Office and electronic management programs
  • Ability to read a tape measure
  • Ability to change various light bulbs and basic electrical experience
  • Basic experience installing millwork, installing & adjusting door hardware, commercial trim & finishes including, casing, base, FRP, wall panels, soffits, sheetrock, etc.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds or greater occasionally and 25-50 pounds frequently
  • Must be able to work outdoors and stand for majority of the day
  • Must be able to perform tasks while walking, climbing, bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and handling
