This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. The Facility Maintenance Technician performs routine, preventative, and corrective maintenance of YMCA facilities, equipment, and grounds. This is a hands-on, hourly position focused on painting, minor repairs, and maintaining safe, clean, and functional environments for members, program participants, and staff. The role requires regular travel between multiple YMCA branches. This position will receive a minimum of 3 weeks Paid-Time Off (pro-rated), Holiday Pay, Full-Time benefits to include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, a Retirement 403(b) pension plan upon eligibility and a Free YMCA Household Membership.
