Facility Maintenance Technicians are responsible for supporting the maintenance, repair, and improvement of buildings, infrastructure, equipment, and grounds across a dynamic operational environment. Technicians in this role will work across a variety of trades and environments, including building systems, grounds, equipment, and motorsports-related infrastructure. Work ranges from routine maintenance and repairs to complex troubleshooting and field coordination. The ideal candidate will be responsible for: Perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of buildings, systems, equipment, and site infrastructure Execute preventative maintenance tasks and document completed work Respond to maintenance issues, emergency repairs, and operational needs Operate tools and equipment appropriate to assigned tasks and certifications Support facility readiness for events, inspections, and operational demands Identify safety concerns, maintenance risks, and repair priorities Maintain accurate work documentation, material usage, and follow-up needs Assist in maintaining clean, safe, and operationally sound facilities and grounds Depending on experience level, work may involve: Electrical systems HVAC systems Plumbing Carpentry and general construction Welding / fabrication Grounds, drainage, fencing, and track infrastructure Equipment and vehicle maintenance Heavy equipment operation (skid steers, tractors, forklifts, trailers) Motorsports facility systems and support infrastructure
