About The Position
The Autism Society of North Carolina is seeking to hire Facility Maintenance Technicians. This hourly, in-person position will support the general oversight of our Camp facilities and grounds, focusing on maintenance, at our Moncure location.
Requirements
- Relevant experience and/or degree preferred.
- Will be required to obtain the following certifications within 6 months of employment: CPR and First Aid, Pool Operator Certification and possibly Lifeguard Certification.
Nice To Haves
- Autism experience a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and repairs of buildings, camp vehicles and grounds.
- Oversee aspects of pool operations and maintenance, pre-summer season and year-round.
- Help manage well water and septic operations
- Assist with volunteer workdays
