We are seeking an experienced Facility Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for preventative maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on a wide range of machinery and mobile equipment used in metal fabrication and assembly. This position also plays a key role in maintaining our facilities and contributing to a culture of safety and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on machinery including lasers, burn tables, presses, air compressors, CNC machines, forklifts, and manlifts
  • Diagnose equipment failures and improve preventative maintenance routines to reduce unplanned downtime
  • Complete and manage work orders promptly using internal systems
  • Uphold all safety standards, enforce lock-out/tag-out procedures, and ensure all safety devices are functioning properly
  • Perform general facilities maintenance, including plumbing, HVAC, garage doors, carpentry, and more
  • Mentor and support team members in the Maintenance Apprenticeship Program
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace in alignment with our 5S CANDO program
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Technical certification in multi-craft maintenance or related field preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or Mechanic in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with 3-phase power (480V), low-voltage circuits, and PLC troubleshooting is highly desirable
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
