About The Position

The purpose of this position is to work to maintain all equipment and grounds at the facility in an orderly, attractive appearance in safe condition. This person is expected to perform the essential functions of this position in a timely and efficient manner. Under direct supervision and guidance, assists with all maintenance and repairs in general Building Maintenance including Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical, Air Conditioning, Painting, Plastering, snow/ice removal. In this role you will perform minor maintenance, and P.M.s as well as assist with the repairs and calibration of equipment. This position also performs other routine manual duties as required, such as but not limited to moving furniture, office supplies and equipment, or any other duties assigned by the supervisor/manager.

Requirements

High school Graduate or Equivalent
Basic knowledge of the general trades: i.e., construction, machine shop electrical distribution systems and electrical equipment wiring; electronic and communications equipment; heating, ventilation, air conditioning equipment; refrigeration; HVAC controls; plumbing or specific equipment maintenance

Nice To Haves

One to three years trade related experience or Military maintenance training and equipment service experience
