As a Facility Maintenance Team Member, you can expect a dynamic and hands-on experience each day. Your daily responsibilities will include performing essential maintenance tasks such as mowing operations, ensuring lawns are well-kept, and overseeing irrigation systems for optimal performance. Attention to detail is crucial as you will carry out preventative maintenance on equipment and facilities, all while adhering to safety protocols. In addition to these duties, you'll be responsible for janitorial tasks, ensuring that the facilities are clean and welcoming for visitors. Your expected schedule will be Monday to Friday from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, with some weekends required for special events or additional maintenance activities.
