Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Good communication skills
• Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
• Able to fluently read, write, speak, and understand English
• Ability to work under stressful situations and tight time constraints
• Self-motivated
• Team Player
• Required to work nights, weekends, holidays, and varying schedules

Responsibilities

• General facility cleaning
• Light Maintenance (soft water salt, a/c filter changes, light bulbs etc.)
• Maintaining work vehicles, equipment, etc.
• Landscaping (mowing, trimming, sprinkler system)
• Other duties as assigned
