About The Position
Implement and oversee all facility-related maintenance programs and procedures to support the AMC standards of clean, safe, and in good repair. The position involves performing daily, weekly, and monthly building inspections, routine maintenance, and timely repairs in various areas including painting, carpentry, plumbing, and food and beverage equipment. The role also includes overseeing vendor activities, ensuring life safety issues are addressed, and maintaining communication with the General Manager regarding facility issues.
