About The Position
The Facility Maintenance Manager will oversee the comprehensive maintenance operations of our facility. This pivotal role involves managing the maintenance, repair, and overall appearance of the facility, outdoor grounds, and security, as well as overseeing the maintenance of power industrial equipment and coordinating with third-party service providers. The successful candidate will ensure operational excellence by optimizing safety, efficiency, and budget management within the maintenance department.
