About The Position
Installing and maintaining heating and air conditioning equipment in an industrial warehouse operation. Multi location, locally owned, temperature-controlled warehousing facilities in Kennesaw, Acworth, and Lithia Springs, Georgia. Full-time position eligible for all company benefits, including FREE medical insurance to the employee, comprehensive insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, use of company service trucks, and uniforms provided. Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of commercial HVAC experience
Requirements
- Understanding by education and/or experience, basic and advanced principles of HVAC systems.
- Able to work under supervision and independently.
- Able to read schematic and manufacturer materials.
- General mechanical aptitude.
- Good communication skills.
- Must have a valid driver’s license. CDL not required.
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of commercial HVAC experience
Responsibilities
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical systems for industrial HVAC units.
- Repair and conduct preventive maintenance on units.
