About The Position

The Facility Maintenance Helper will assist in the facility maintenance of all U-Haul Moving Centers, Storage Centers and other U-Haul facilities within a geographical area. Perform general maintenance, installation, repair and service. Perform work requiring nailing, sawing, cutting, painting and basic facility maintenance Perform clean-up duties at renovation sites. Complete work requests in a timely and professional manner. Assists skilled workers in the performance of all duties when necessary. Participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education through U-Haul University.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license and the ability to maintain a good driving record to operate commercial motor vehicles
Adhere to all local state (provincial) and federal vehicular regulations while driving.
High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

Perform work requiring nailing, sawing, cutting, painting and basic facility maintenance
Perform clean-up duties at renovation sites.
Complete work requests in a timely and professional manner.

Participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
