About The Position

Hargrove is seeking a Facility Maintenance Coordinator to support ongoing maintenance activities at our client site. This role focuses on coordinating services, managing contractors, and helping ensure the facility operates safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and comfortable working independently, with a background in an industrial or manufacturing environment. Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Coordinate day-to-day facility maintenance activities and ongoing site support Identify, schedule, and manage third-party contractors and service providers Serve as the primary point of contact for maintenance-related communication Track and follow up on work requests to ensure timely completion Assist with fire extinguisher inspections and compliance tracking Support general facility upkeep and maintenance coordination Maintain clear documentation and communicate status updates to stakeholders Below is the range that we in good faith believe is the potential compensation for this role at the time of this posting and is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Michigan. The typical base salary range for this position is just one component of Hargrove’s total compensation package for Teammates. Actual compensation will be based on education, experience, skill set and location. Requirements

  • 5 or more years of industry experience is required
  • Experience in a facilities, maintenance, or industrial coordination role
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with coordinating contractors and external service providers
  • Basic understanding of facility maintenance operations
  • Ability to lift and carry in excess of 25 lbs.
