Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Must pass a background check.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior veterinary experience is not required, but highly desired.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for routine cleaning, upkeep, and general maintenance of the facility to include: Emergency & Urgent Care Buildings Indoor and external environments, including pet walking areas
  • Completes various tasks related to the above areas to include, but limited to: Weekly, monthly, and semi-annual frequency Deep cleaning of all rooms and zones, including offices, exam rooms, bathrooms, lobbies, breakrooms, and hallways Cleaning and disinfecting surfaces, walls, doors, ceilings, vent, and windows Stocking and distributing of janitorial and cleaning supplies Sweeping & mopping, including the use of automated floor machines Spot cleaning various locations as needed
  • Assists in identifying facility and equipment for safety hazards, reports deficiencies to management.
  • Fulfills other duties as expected of a Facility Maintenance Assistant.
