Supports the day-to-day operations of the facility and mail services Manage daily coordination and conference room setups. Completes all daily weekly and monthly reports Respond promptly to requests for building maintenance, repairs, cleaning needs, etc. from building occupants Act as liaison between on-site Prudential associates and the following groups: -Landlord/Building Property Management -Prudential Corporate Facilities, Health & Wellness, and Real Estate team -All Facilities vendors including janitorial, electrical, painting, plumbing, technology, security, mailroom, and parking Maintain/manage any on site furniture inventory and storage areas Serve as fire/life safety contact with landlord, coordinating all evacuations, coordinating all fire alarm/extinguisher testing Coordinate any maintenance to the vending, water cooler, ice machine or coffee machine
