About The Position

The Facility Operator Lead is responsible for operating HMJ automated dispensing system, mixing equipment and material handling equipment in an efficient and safe manner to prepare and blend customer orders to meet their specifications.

Requirements

• Ability to operate heavy machinery
• Experience in material handling
• Knowledge of safety protocols in equipment operation
• Ability to work efficiently and safely under supervision

Responsibilities

• Operate HMJ automated dispensing system
• Mix materials and operate mixing equipment
• Handle material handling equipment
• Prepare and blend customer orders according to specifications
• Maintain safety and efficiency in operations
• Contact with other employees regarding operations
• Access proprietary information and raw materials
