Requirements

Progressive administrative/management training in a healthcare setting preferred
Have an active and unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Arizona
Valid CPR card

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's in nursing highly preferred

Responsibilities

Maintains overall administrative responsibility within the facility
Resolve routine medial and clinical issues
Coach and educate staff
Assist with recruiting efforts
