Job Description Summary: The Facility Head has complete financial control of the facility and its operations along with the responsibility to manage all aspects of customer requirements including but not limited to: productivity, customer service inventory accuracy, shipping, receiving, P&L responsibility, rate requirements and development of incentive programs. This position is accountable to provide leadership, development of associates, all safety and human resource programs and metrics.
