About The Position

We Build with Passion- Clean Harbors Kimball, NE NEW Incineration unit is seeking a Facility Foreman- Feed Prep Ops division will be responsible for performing industrial labor and other physically demanding work outdoors, under potentially adverse conditions, as well as within the facility/plant work environment. This is an entry-level, full-time position offering a competitive wage, along with career growth and advancement opportunities. Requirements

  • High School degree or GED required
  • Previous forklift operating experience required
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in team environment
  • DOT Training
  • Proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • Climb on and off forklifts
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks
  • Lifting up to 50 lbs from the ground to your waist
  • Climb up and down vertical ladders
  • Capable of reaching out, over, and dow,n exerting a force
  • 20/20 eyesight corrected or uncorrected - depth perception is critical
  • 10 pushups, deep knee squat,s and sit-ups (to determine if fit)
  • Good hand/eye coordination
  • Valid Driver's License required
  • Punctuality and attendance are required
  • Respirator fit test upon hire- clean-shaven face required (mustache okay!)
  • Background check, drug screen and physical- required
  • Must be willing to work days, weekendsnnights
  • Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times
  • Operates industrial equipment, included but not limited to forklift
  • Performs general labor throughout the facility to preparing materials for the incineration process
  • Ensures the safety of him or herself as well as those around them
  • Performs manual tasks such as cleaning up spills when necessary while taking all safety precautions necessary to prevent injury
  • Follows all standard operating procedures
  • Other duties as required
