About The Position

The Facility Field Supervisor for Athletics is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operations of athletic facilities. This role includes ensuring that all facilities are safe, clean, and well-maintained for student-athletes and the community. The supervisor will coordinate with various departments to schedule events, manage staff, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Additionally, the supervisor will be involved in planning and executing facility upgrades and improvements as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in facility management, sports management, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility management or athletics
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a collegiate athletic environment
  • Familiarity with event management software
  • Certifications in facility management or safety
