About The Position

The Facility Engineer at Winco Stamping is a hands-on role focused on maintaining the facility, equipment, and technical infrastructure. Reporting to the Director of Operations, this position involves overseeing equipment maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting, including PLC programming and various systems such as electrical, HVAC, and plumbing. The role emphasizes collaboration with maintenance technicians and other departments to ensure operational efficiency and minimize downtime, while also leading projects to enhance the facility's capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in metal stamping or related fields.
• Strong technical background and leadership abilities.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Experience with ISO-certified manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies.
