About The Position

Socket is looking for a skilled and motivated Facility Engineer to join our team! In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for installing and maintaining critical network hardware and infrastructure. You’ll work in the field to ensure our systems are running smoothly and efficiently, helping deliver reliable service to our customers. This is an in-office position that requires regular travel to service areas.

Requirements

• Experience with telecom or network hardware installation
• Familiarity with DC power systems and battery maintenance

Responsibilities

• Install and wire network hardware, including Adtran TA5Ks and Cisco routers
• Maintain and service DC power plants and replace DC battery packs
• Support and maintain AC systems and heat exchangers
• Ensure proper installation and configuration of all equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and connectivity issues
• Perform routine maintenance and upgrades as needed
• Regular, reliable attendance
