The Facility Engineer is responsible for the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and reliability of the National Training Center’s building systems. The NTC is a 200-acre campus, with over 300,000sq ft of facilities. This hands-on role serves as the technical lead for all core infrastructure, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety, and building automation systems. Working within a small and growing facilities team, the Facility Engineer performs maintenance and repairs directly while also overseeing vendors, supporting compliance efforts, and establishing preventive maintenance programs and operating standards for a world-class, multi-use facility.
