About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented team member to help keep our facility clean and organized! The primary responsibility of this position will be to maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment in our window manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will ensure that all areas of the facility meet our high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Requirements

• Previous cleaning experience preferred, especially in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing work areas.
• Daily cleaning, sanitizing, tidying and maintaining upkeep of all facility bathrooms, breakrooms, and conference areas.
• Empty trash daily, dispose of waste materials in accordance with company policies.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
• Assist with periodic deep cleaning tasks and special projects as required.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all areas are maintained to company standards.
