Under the direction of the Maintenance Manager, the Facility Custodian plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized facility. This position is responsible for the routine cleaning, sanitation, and upkeep of assigned interior and exterior areas to ensure a healthy, professional, and welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and operations. The Facility Custodian uses approved cleaning methods, equipment, and supplies, follows established safety and sanitation standards, and supports overall facility operations by responding to daily cleaning needs, special requests, and coverage requirements as needed.
