We are seeking individuals who have worked in an industrial/service/sales environment to fill the position of Facility Custodian for our Fredericksburg location. Job Description The selected candidate will: Ensure the inside of the building is kept professional and sanitized by cleaning, dusting, taking out trash, sweeping, mopping etc. Wash and sanitize toilets, sinks and showers and restock disposables. Clean mirrors and windows. Stock supplies for coffee and copier stations, supply closets and other office areas as needed. Respond to emergency cleaning requests in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
High degree of professionalism.
General knowledge of office cleaning.
Good communication skills/phone skills required.
Computer skills, including proficiency in Google Workspace.
Regular physical attendance at worksite.

Responsibilities
