About The Position

The Temporary Facility Coordinator will oversee the daily operations of a client's facility, ensuring that all activities are executed efficiently and effectively. This role involves strong data entry and computer skills, as well as interaction with staff, supply vendors, and maintenance personnel.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in facility management or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong computer knowledge and data entry skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate facility maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards.
  • Coordinate clerical and administrative responsibilities and various projects for the Facilities/Finance team.
  • Work with the team in prioritizing tasks related to the print center.
  • Maintain daily routine functions including creating/completing work orders, inspections, and reporting facility-related issues.
  • Assist with the daily management of mailroom processes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand their facility needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and compliance documentation.

Benefits

  • $29 per hour
  • Full-time temporary position
  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday schedule
