About The Position

We are looking for a hard working candidate to help serve multiple education facility clients around the Cincinnati area. Must have your own transportation to report to different locations from week to week. This role requires an incredible attention to detail and commitment to excellence. Requirements

• Must have transportation for anywhere from Indian Hill to Sharonville to Loveland (North East Cincy)
• POSITIONS LOCATED INSIDE SCHOOLS - Must be able to pass a lifetime FBI/BCI background check and drug screening
• Keen eye for detail
• Highly organized
• Ability to self-manage and perform each essential duty beyond satisfaction
• Excellent time management skills
• Effective communication skills
• Great attitude

Nice To Haves

• Commercial janitorial experience is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Work courteously with office/staff personnel
• Maintain and use janitorial equipment safely and properly
• Clean, sanitize, and restock supplies
• Vacuum, sweep, mop floors – including stairs, hallways, and commons areas
• Clean carpets and wax hard-surface floors
• Empty all trash receptacles, replace liners, and place in dumpster
• Wipe down doors and clean glass if applicable
• Other tasks as assigned
