About The Position

Key Obsessions: Facility Cleaning and Maintenance Perform general cleaning of common areas and offices on a scheduled rotation. Clean and disinfect bathrooms, wipe and dust surfaces, vacuum, and wash windows. Pick up and empty trash containers, restock fridges, and maintain an organized supply closet. Transport and manage cleaning supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels. Safety and Operational Support Ensure a safe and orderly work environment by following proper cleaning and safety protocols. Notify the Facility Manager of any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions. Support continuous improvement initiatives related to building care and efficiency. Assist in monitoring and restocking essential facility supplies to support smooth daily operations. Ensure Aagard Experience Maintain cleanliness and readiness of meeting and break areas to ensure a welcoming environment. Support company and customer functions through setup, cleanup, and maintaining stocked common areas. Continuously strive to improve the overall customer experience by providing prompt and thorough support. Monitor and replenish supplies in common areas to ensure a consistent, positive experience. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required plus 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Ability to follow instructions, safety procedures, and cleaning protocols
Good communication skills and ability to work well with others
Basic mechanical aptitude for light maintenance and use of cleaning equipment
Ability to walk or stand up to 100 percent of the time
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, or climb
Must possess a valid driver's license

Previous cleaning, custodial, or maintenance experience preferred
