The Facility Associate I primarily works in the processing/production area of the facility, handling a variety of donated goods and/or on the sales floor stocking shelves and providing customer service. This role involves tasks such as transporting items, placing them on shelves, facing displays, removing old items, assisting at the cash register, and providing carry-out service. Additionally, the associate prepares items for sale by hanging, cleaning, bagging, tagging, marking, and coding them according to designated prices and merchandise type, and tallying processed items. The position also requires collaboration with Workforce and Family Services to provide participant services. Part-time positions may be available with some benefits. A background check is required.
