About The Position

Oversee daily corporate mailroom operations, including assisting with sorting, and distribution of mail and packages. Manages incoming and outgoing shipments and maintains accurate tracking records. Provides operational support to the Facilities team covering a variety of daily requirements including copier/printer support, employee services support, office handy person duties i.e., hanging pictures and bulletin boards, performing small repairs, etc.), and coordinating with building services for maintenance support. Prepare and issue new employee ID badges using badge making software. Ensure efficient, secure, and professional service across all mailroom and facilities-related activities.

Requirements

  • High School diploma
  • 0–2 years of related experience
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the facilities support field

Nice To Haves

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively under supervision
  • FedEx shipping and receiving software and processes
  • USPS mail programs and regulations
  • Familiarity with customs requirements for shipping overseas
  • Relevant computer skills with MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages for all departments by conducting daily checks for items delivered to the building mailroom and supporting the Facilities team with mail operations.
  • Maintain accurate delivery logs and shipment tracking records.
  • Coordinate with Facilities staff on vendor pickups, office supply management, and restocking.
  • Deliver prompt, professional customer service to employees regarding badges, mail, and shipping requests.
  • Follow established safety and security protocols when handling all deliveries and shipments.
  • Assist with ServiceNow requests and related operational tasks.
