The Facilities and Services Coordinator is responsible for managing all aspects of workplace maintenance and housekeeping to ensure a safe, efficient, and high-quality office environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance and/or workplace services

Responsibilities

  • Facility Operations & Leadership Oversees day-to-day facility operations, ensuring compliance with policies, sustainability efforts, budgets, and service standards.
  • Provides leadership, employee supervision, and development for team members within scope of responsibility.
  • Service Delivery & Performance Plans and manage workplace services—including maintenance, housekeeping, mail, logistics, and asset management—while driving continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
  • Conducts quality assurance checks and implement programs to enhance operational performance.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Management Develops and manage contracts with external service providers and monitor performance against strategy and budget.
  • Leads and maintain strong relationships with internal leadership and stakeholders.
  • Strategic Planning & Compliance Supports long-term business planning and execution of Workplace Services strategy.
  • Ensures adherence to health, safety, and security standards, and maintain compliance with local legislation and company policies.
  • Administrative & Financial Oversight Manages invoices, reporting, and administrative tasks for the location.
  • Acts as primary point of contact for landlord, vendors, and Workplace Services tools/databases.
