We are seeking a Facility Manager to support our Research & Development site in Palo Alto, California. This is an exciting opportunity in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. The successful candidate should have experience managing site services, building and lab maintenance, and have a strong commitment to safety and customer service. We are looking for an individual that is willing to demonstrate the following: STRONG LEADERSHIP AND PEOPLE MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE: The facility manager will be part of the site leadership team, must be engaged to continuously improve, develop, and enhance the Palo Alto site capabilities and culture, and must have good management skills to coordinate, motivate, and develop the members of the facility team. STRONG FACILITY AND MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE: Facility manager will lead a maintenance team that is responsible for demand and preventive maintenance programs that support both building and R&D/Lab services. STRONG SITE SERVICES ADMINISTRATION EXPERIENCE: Facility manager will be responsible for general site functions and administrative support services to help create an efficient, safe and fun workplace. This will include maintaining key site services such as security, janitorial, catering, lease administration and property management, warehousing, as well as partnering with other groups to support sitewide employee needs and activities.
