About The Position

The Associate, Facility and Events Services assists in managing all aspects of the daily operations of the BAYADA Home Health Care campus located in Pennsauken, NJ. The Associate will learn and support the activities and operations of the facility, Learning Center, and/or post office. This position is a professional track position that will offer training and continuing education to support a career in management and leadership within BAYADA.

Requirements

  • Four (4) year college degree.
  • Understands the company's culture, organizational structure, financial status, and operational goals/objectives.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment balancing multiple client requests simultaneously.
  • Demonstrates willingness to learn, develop relationships, take on new tasks when needed, and accept feedback.
  • Ability to lift up to twenty (20) lbs. safely and sit/stand for extended periods of time.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.
  • Competence in basic PC skills required to perform job functions.
  • Acceptable pre-employment assessment results.
  • Ability to read, write and effectively communicate in English.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate and communicate the core values of BAYADA and The BAYADA Way.
  • Develop working knowledge of BAYADA's mission, services, people, organization, policies and procedures.
  • Build relationships with residents, guests, and vendors.
  • Provide customer service through email, phone, and face-to-face contact on campus.
  • Staff front desks as needed, assisting visitors with sign in and providing basic customer service.
  • Track inventory and order supplies for various FES operations, including paper, ink, printing supplies, and food and beverage.
  • Support the Post Office with designated duties, including but not limited to payroll, shipping, receiving, sorting, and inventory management.
  • Assist with Learning Center operations, including room setup and food service.
  • Support campus and Learning Center needs as outlined by leadership.
  • Assist with enterprise events, as needed.
  • Inventory, order, and track supplies from onsite medical supply closet.
  • Support the broader office and division goals as needed to create a cohesive team.
  • Demonstrate solid performance or exceed performance standards in key job dimensions/attributes as defined on the Performance Appraisal for Office Staff.
  • Perform related duties, as required or requested by supervisor.

Benefits

  • Base salary: $21.64-$24.04/hr
