Key Obsessions: Equipment Reliability Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on CNC and other manufacturing equipment. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and controls system issues quickly and accurately. Calibrate and fine-tune machines to maintain peak precision and performance. Keep tools, parts, and work areas organized and ready to support rapid response. Facility Performance and Safety Maintain and repair facility systems including HVAC, plumbing, lighting and other building infrastructure. Monitor and document facility conditions to ensure a safe, efficient, and complaint work environment. Follow OSHA guidelines and promote a strong safety culture throughout daily practices and collaboration. Support facility upgrades and improvements that enhance performance and reliability. Continuous Improvement and Maintenance Excellence Utilize a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to implement, log, track, and analyze maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with standards. Identify recurring issues and propose long-term solutions that improve machine uptime and reliability. Stay current on new technologies, maintenance technologies, and equipment advancements to expand skills. Partner with cross-functional teams to improve maintenance processes and overall equipment effectiveness. Knowledge and Experience High school diploma or GED required; Technical certification or associate's degree preferred 3 years of experience in CNC machine maintenance and facility management Experience with or ability to learn CMMS software with provided training Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems Ability to walk or stand up to 100 percent of the time Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, or climb Ability to operate or be trained to operate a forklift Valid driver's license required Ability to obtain a DOT health card Benefits Offered: At Aagard, we believe in investing in you —your health, your career, your financial future, and your well-being.
