The Facility Agreements Project Developer/Analyst at TC Energy is responsible for supporting interconnection project facilitation and development. This role involves engaging with stakeholders and customers, providing commercial agreement support, and collaborating with technical teams on brownfield measurement and interconnect projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in natural gas pipeline interconnection processes and will work to assess existing facilities and agreements while providing support for facility modifications and upgrades.

  • Manage internal stakeholder relations, collaborating with teams such as Measurement Engineering, Integrity, Business Development, Regulatory Compliance, Legal, Land, and Property Accounting.
  • Review and develop facility agreements (FA) as needed.
  • Amend facility agreements to clarify RACI and cost responsibility.
  • Negotiate and interact with customers to establish project scope and cost responsibilities for brownfield interconnect facilities.
  • Support internal stakeholders in investigating roles and responsibilities for interconnect locations.
  • Coordinate projects and initiate project development to drive positive business outcomes.
  • Relevant post-secondary education, typically a university degree.
  • 6 or more years of related experience in project development or engineering.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, both in person and remotely.
  • Strong customer support skills with a higher-level business understanding and facility agreement acumen.
  • Ability to solve ambiguous problems independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
