About The Position

As the Facility Administrator, you will serve as the first point of contact for employees, guests, visitors, and suppliers, playing a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment. This position requires strong organizational skills and adaptability as you manage various administrative tasks and support the Head of Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS)/Facilities.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of demonstrated ability in an office support role.
  • 2-year college degree preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive in finding solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with staff and external partners.
  • High-level organization skills with the ability to multitask; be adaptable and flexible.
  • Ability to work effectively with all departments.
  • Experience with MS Office suite of products such as MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Handle the receipt and delivery of incoming mail and packages.
  • Oversee office supply inventory, including ordering, stocking, and tracking usage.
  • Provide general administrative support as required.
