The Facility Administrator will have advanced management skills with an emphasis on the administration and delivery of inpatient mental health treatment services, and the rules, regulations, and statutory requirements surrounding the provision of these services. This is a high profile and degree Director-level position that will require the daily supervision of staff and operations at the adult/children crisis stabilization unit in Bartow, as well as supervision of affiliated program staff and processes. Candidates for this position should expect a fast-paced environment, be able to organize work priorities, provide accountability and supervision, be responsive to program staff, have an excellent knowledge and understating of the psychopathology of both adults and children, conduct overall compliance activities (Joint Commission, Medicaid, Managed Care Contracts, DCF, and Statutory/Baker Act Standards), and ensure a high quality of care for the very diverse inpatient population. A passion for community mental health is required.
