The FA Coach will be an experienced FA Preceptor/Trainer and will provide training, guidance and support to Facility Administrators (FA) and leadership across regions/divisions (Bay area, Central Valley, and Central Coast of California). The FA Coach will augment the training new FAs receive through FA Prep 365 by providing detailed, hands-on coaching to ensure new FAs are fully prepared to run their clinics successfully and fully integrate into their regions. The FA Coach will also provide specific, targeted support/coaching for tenured FAs at the request of Regional Operations Directors and/or Divisional Vice Presidents. Comfortable with maximizing labor budgets, collaboratively developing teammates and patient schedules, labor relations processes, managing through change, and building strong teams. · Partner with Facility Administrators, Regional Operations Directors and Divisional Vice Presidents to ensure a solid training experience for new FAs to improve new FA retention as well as strengthen tenured FA core skills. · Thrives in an environment, in which teammates have a high degree of empowerment and responsibility. · The Regional Coach is comfortable succeeding through influence, not authority. The Regional Coach succeeds by building professional relationships that are based upon mutual trust and respect.
