About The Position

The position is responsible for executing the growth strategy and managing the overall performance of a specific SCA Health facility. This includes direct P&L responsibility, ensuring clinical quality and patient safety, and leading a high-performing team of clinical and operational professionals. The role emphasizes collaboration with physicians, driving top-line growth, and maintaining operational excellence while adhering to regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience considered.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in healthcare.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience.

• Experience in ASC, outpatient, surgical site, and multi-site healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Champion SCAH's HRO Journey to ensure clinical excellence and drive zero harm through standardization of Clinical Quality standards.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing facility team focused on clinical quality outcomes and operational excellence.
• Drive excellent clinical quality and sustain a zero patient harm culture.
• Collaborate proactively with physicians to meet patient needs and exceed expectations.
• Build and manage a team of high-performing clinicians to deliver excellent patient care.
• Partner with Medical Executive Committee and Governing Body to develop clinical guidelines.
• Utilize effective hiring and development processes to ensure a high-performing team.
• Provide teammates with authority, accountability, training, and resources to achieve their potential.
• Create a vision and process that leads others to embrace change.
• Drive top-line growth through increased volume and strategic service line growth.
• Design and execute physician recruitment and marketing programs to drive case volume growth.
• Maintain strong physician relationships to support top-line growth and governance interests.
• Manage the center's P&L and implement annual strategic business plans.
• Collaborate with corporate departments to identify and implement best practices.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain facility operations.
