Total Site Solutions (TSS), Georgetown, TX., seeks a skilled and dependable Facilities Technician to support the daily maintenance and operations of our buildings and equipment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient environment by performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with facility-related tasks. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing both routine and urgent maintenance needs professionally. TSS designs, deploys, equips, and manages data centers and other technology environments for enterprise companies, colocation providers, and technology company partners.   • Perform daily inspections, routine maintenance, and repairs on plumbing, lighting, HVAC, and basic electrical systems.
  • Respond to service requests and work orders promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with office equipment setup, furniture moves, and departmental relocations/buildouts.
  • Monitor building systems, reporting irregularities or malfunctions to management.
  • Maintain inventory of tools, supplies, and maintenance materials.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company procedures, and building codes.
  • Coordinate with and escort vendors/contractors, verifying completion of work.
  • Support seasonal facility needs, including snow removal, landscaping, or storm preparation.
  • Participate in after-hours on-call rotation for emergency facility response.
  • Travel to other TSS sites as needed, up to 10%.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2–4 years of experience in commercial facilities maintenance, building operations, or a related field.
  • Must be able to work independently and prioritize work effectively.
  • Ability to read and understand building plans, equipment manuals, and safety documents.
  • HVAC certification, electrical training, or trade school education.
  • Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
  • Experience working in data center or technology facility environments.
