About The Position
The Facilities Technician at Madison Area YMCA is responsible for the maintenance and improvement operations of YMCA facilities, property, and vehicles. This role includes preventative maintenance, staff training, and ensuring safe and efficient operations of the YMCA. The technician will handle various maintenance tasks including building upkeep, pool maintenance, equipment care, and groundskeeping, while also responding to emergencies and coordinating repairs.
