About The Position
🔧 Join Our Team as a Facilities Technician! Shift: Monday - Friday 2:00pm - 10:30pm Pay range: $25-32/hr based on experience Do you love fixing things, solving problems, and keeping operations running smoothly? If you enjoy variety, teamwork, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment — this role is for you! 🏠What You’ll Be Doing Every day will be different (and never boring!). You’ll: ✔ Keep facility equipment running smoothly through routine inspections and preventive maintenance✔ Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and building systems✔ Handle welding, soldering, carpentry, and general facility repairs✔ Read blueprints, SOPs, and work instructions to complete jobs safely and correctly✔ Operate tools and powered industrial equipment like a pro✔ Order parts and keep maintenance records up to date✔ Support a clean, safe, and compliant work environment✔ Jump in where needed — teamwork makes the dream work! 🛠What We’re Looking For You’ll be successful in this role if you have: ✅ A high school diploma or GED✅ At least 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment✅ Skills in electrical work, plumbing, welding, carpentry, and troubleshooting✅ Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and GMP environments (bonus!)✅ A strong work ethic, problem-solving mindset, and positive attitude 💪 What the Job Is Like Work in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment Stay active — lifting, bending, repairing, and moving throughout the day Use tools and equipment regularly (no sitting behind a desk all day!) Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED
